(Serial Numbers 5E9001-5E9500 9J5001-9J6000 3S1-3S2000 8S5001-Up 2V1-Up). This booklet measures 9 inches long by 6 inches wide. This is used but it is still in fairly good condition-there is some staining on the binding edge and the pages are yellowed and a few have light stains. There are 120 pages and all the pages are still readable.
