Although pre-set at 37 C (98.6 F), it can be adjusted from 32 to 42 C (89.6 to 107.6 F). Plexiglas* door for easy viewing of contents. Unobstructed interior allows excellent space utilization. Uniform heat is provided by a hidden element located in the back of the unit.
