Machine Type: Fixed table design with high speed moving bridge.
Construction: The machine base and bridge incorporate heavy duty
welded steel plate, steel tube, and contiguous beam construction providing rigidity and stability. All precision component mounting surfaces are precisely machined on CNC machining centers. THK rectangular way bearing and ball screw systems are utilized. All ball screw components are anti-backlash to provide the highest level of accuracy.
One 51 x 102 fixed work table. Plenum style vacuum ready table (for material hold down) with heavy duty phenolic table surface over steel structure. Round holes with stoppers for zoning and pod fixturing. Remote start, stop & vacuum controls mounted on front of table.
7.5kW (12 HP) high frequency BT-30 electro router spindle with 6 station rotary automatic tool changer mounted on the front of the router spindle for rapid tool change.
3,000 to 18,000 RPM. Spindle speed is M code programmable. Air blast nozzle for tool cooling included.

Y = Heavy duty THK precision ball screw.

Vacuum Hold Down: 7.5kW (12 HP) roots type rotary screw vacuum pump. Muffler and pressure release valve included.
