Proximity cards cannot be returned if they were ordered incorrectly so please contact us to make sure you are ordering the correct ones the first time. If you have an existing access card population, you will need to have the following information handy to be certain you are ordering the correct cards. In many cases, having the original access cards box will provide all of the information necessary to ensure you do not make a mistake when ordering.
1. What is your existing Facility Code (also referred to as Site Code)?
2. What is your existing Card Range (example 100-499). Knowing what the current range is will ensure that you do not order duplicate cards.
3. What is your existing Bit Format?
4. Who is your access system manufactured by? ADT, Siemens, Integral, HID, Northern, Corby, GE, Software House and Lenel are just a few of the nearly 50 access control manufacturers.
When you purchase your HID access cards from Surveillent, with your approval, we will also send you an email reminding you to order new access cards monthly, quarterly or semi-annually and we will include your previous order details in case you choose to order them from someone else just to be sure you don t make any mistakes.
