Chicken & poultry feeder 30LB galvanized base no waste
We built these with poultry in mind, however, they are very versatile and can be used for several different types of animals and livestock, even dogs.
This is a "gravity-type" feeder. You fill from the top and the food is available in the pan at the bottom. The extra tall sides on the pan prevent feed from being scratched out onto the ground and wasted. You can fill with 20-30 lbs of feed, depending on what you are feeding. I use these for Egg Pellets, Chick Grower, Game Bird Feed, etc. Pellets or Crumbles both work fine. My goat even likes to eat her sweet feed from these! The lid protects feed from droppings etc. Just remove it to fill.
We cannot guarantee the color of the bucket. It could be white, camo, pink, green, blue, etc. The buckets could have writing on them, such as a store advertisement. However, we do guarantee that the buckets are NEW Buckets, and that they will not say anything that I wouldn't want my grandma to read. All materials used to build these feeders are new, top quality materials.
These feeders work much better for us than anything we have ever bought at a Farm or Feed Store and are MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE! Anyone who has animals knows that you save when you can and prevent waste whenever possible, right?
