Maple syrup pan, stainless, 2' x 2'

This will be a great start, or addition to your syrup equipment. Use this to start, if you get addicted(you will), and upgrade to a bigger pan. You can use this in conjuction with other pans as a finisher.
This pan is made of 22 ga. 304 stainless steel (food grade) with a 2ba(hi polished) finish.
It measures 2' x 2' with a 7" wall, with a 3/4" lip bent in on top.
The pan has a 1/2" tap for drain.
This pan will hold 17 gallons/64 litres of liquid.

When it comes to boiling sap, 22ga. stainless has been the choice of the major maple syrup equipment manufacturers vs. thicker metals which take more heat, and time to boil.
All seams are TIG welded,which hold up several times longer than soldered seams.
I also include helpful instructions on how to prep your pan for boiling,and care tips to make your pan last a lifetime.
