Reed tm1000 allows drilling, tapping, and installation of corporation stop valves on water mains while they are under pressure in the ditch. Includes the TM1000 unit, chain to secure it to the water main, 2 saddle gaskets, saddle to tm1000 gasket, saddles for 21-29-1/8" , 16-19-3/8, 11-14-1/2, 8-9-1/2, 6-7/16-7-1/8 water main pipes, plus one unmarked saddle, two 1" and one 1-1/4" combination drill/taps, stop installer with 1" and 1-1/4" adapters, metal storage box, and reed ratchet handle. current retail $2400. operations manual for this machine available on line here:
