Here is a used CD / DVD storage binder by Univenture. It contains 28 non-stick polypropylene pages, each of which hold 4 discs, for a total storage capacity of 224.
It was designed to fit in bookcases, and measures 14 x 12 x 3.5 inches. A zipper enclosure keeps dust out.
I used this binder to store DVD movies, especially titles that didn't include booklets or special edition packaging (that's actually most DVD's on the market). My philosophy is to show-off my Criterion Collection in a bookcase, but store most movies in a binder like this. It saves a ton of space and is a durable and practical solution for a home or business.
