This is our newest Gravity Feed production spray gun used specifically for Gel Coat & Polyester based Resin systems. The G660-4.5 main features are a large 1-liter plastic container to hold plenty of Gel Coat or Resin so more spraying is accomplished with less filling. And a Gel Coat & Resin Specific 4.55 mm nozzle so you can rapidly spray any size parts with ease. Whether you are using this gun for high production parts or just making a few parts a month, this Spray Gun is designed for low maintenance and has the durability needed for everyday use. It is light weight, user friendly and has little or no material waste. The spray quality is excellent and it is extremely versatile and mobile. High surface coverage combined with a 1 liter cup make this gun the perfect addition for composite shops of all sizes.

Like all our other spray guns this gun is a real work horse and a great fit for any fiberglass shop.
Even though this gun is made to last, replacement parts are available if ever needed so just call or email Infinity FRP Supply.
This from the manufacturer: The 660 is not classified as a HVLP gun because it has higher air volume. Having higher air volume does tend to make the G660 a much better gun for higher production shops. The higher volume air allows for a larger nozzle (4.5mm) and still achieve proper atomization.
The manufactuer has noted: We have yet to sell any replacement parts - excluding the plastic cup - for the G660. These are shaping up to be bullet-proof!

Remove nozzle cap and clean with acetone using brush.
