Kensington WFH4D robot single arm ccd prealigner module
This a used Industrial Kensington Labs Robotic Silicon Wafer/Disk Handler. The Model Series is WFH4D, with Single Arm Zeiss Axiospect, with CCD Prealigner Module and End Effector (Robot Paddle Assembly). It is in excellent condition, with some cometic scratches, black paint missing. The Robot Paddles move smoothly, the body rotation is 360% smooth and it moves up and down. On the bottom you have parallel connections for Paddle, Theta, Sensors, Z, and Vacuum port.
