Racetrack Robot Loading System:
The racetrack-infeed robotic carton loading system was originally designed for caustic washdown food applications. In this application, product was presented to the infeed conveyors at rates up to 220 PPM. Independent, cleated servo conveyors accepted the product and presented to a two-axis pick / place robot.
We presently have 7 units in stock with no controls. This is a great application toward product line improvement! Units can be purchased individually. Please call to negotiate.
Full designs and bill of material and manuals are available. Designs can be updated in Solidworks. This can be a custom product addition to an integrators portfolio.
