Special Notes: There are many different gear sets included for the many different tap sizes. The unit is mounted on a heavy duty stand with adjustable table height. The table has 10 of vertical adjustment.
The following information was taken from Automation Associates website:
* The Tap is fed at the rate of one pitch of its thread per revolution.
* To change pitch, just change two gears on the side.
* Two adjustable friction clutches idle when load is excessive on the tap, thus protecting from tap breakage.
* There are three spindle speeds.
* Ease of operation reduce operator fatigue.
