Dayton 1/4 hp ac drive 208-220 3-phase heavy inverter

DAYTON 1/4 HP AC Drive 208-220 3-phase Heavy INVERTER
Advanced IGBT torque vector PWM control method optimizes motor torque at any frequency, while reducing 3-phase motor noise. Compact units are capable of monitoring input volts, output amps, RPM, frequency or conveyor speed.
Feature a high starting torque and an "S" curve acceleration/deceleration. Program protection (lock out) and easy return to factory setting for added convenience. Advanced programming and simple operation result in optimal performance.
Advanced programming includes: output frequency, Volts/Hertz, torque boost, accel/decel, volt limit, DC braking, auto restart, frequency bias and gain, multi-frequency setting, digital and analog outputs, slip compensation, current limiting, jump frequency, automatic accel/decel and sensorless torque vector.
UL Listed electronic motor overloads. Uses: Variable speed operation of 3-phase motors on pumps, fans, blowers, conveyors, machine tools and other industrial equipment.
Accepts 4 to 20mADC, 0 to 5DVDC, or 0 to 10VDC
Up to 15 preset speeds 3-wire Start/Stop control
LED digital display provides indication of running or reference frequency. Torque Vector Control, automatic tuning, auto-restart after momentary power failure and extensive diagnostics are just a few of the standard features available. NEMA 1 drives should not be used in dusty or wet environments. Rated Output Amps: 1.3 Height: 6 1/8inches Width: 4 1/8inches Depth: 3 1/8inches NEMA 1
3-Phase AC Adjustable Speed Drive technology can produce signals that damage a standard 3-phase motor insulation. Therefore, there is a need for motors that are rated for NEMA MG1 Part 30 or 31 which can accept the incoming signal from the inverter without protential damage.
Things that can be done to help reduce the effects of this incoming signal are to: Keep the cable length between the drive and the motor to a minimum. Reduce the drive's switching (carrier) frequency -this tends to cause the motor to be more noisy. Use 208-230VAC input voltage whenever possible.
The Dayton AC Adjustable Speed Drives can be used with 3-Phase motors and gearmotors of the following type: Dayton Washdown (Paint-free), Dayton Wattrimer, USEM Unimounts, Dayton Severe Duty, Dayton and GE EPACT Efficient, USEM Automotive duty, Dayton and USEM Inverter Duty Gearmotors.
