GenTran 1-Circuit OUTDOOR Transfer Switch for generators up to 7500 watts. Ideal for keeping your sump pump or any 30 amp 120/240 volt circuit running with a portable generator during an outage. This NEMA 3R-rated compact transfer switch installs next to your load center outdoors. It includes generator and utility breakers mechanically interlocked, lock nuts, wire connectors and an L14-30 power inlet for easy generator connection. Ground post is incorporated into the enclosure, and three combination 1/2" and 3/4" knockouts are provided on sides and back for easy wiring in minutes. When utility power shuts off, connect a power cord from generator to the inlet on the transfer switch and start your generator. Switch the "utility" breaker off, slide over the interlock, and switch the "generator" breaker on. When utility power is restored, simply do the reverse, shut down and store your generator.
