SCENAR devices were originally part of a secret project from one of Russia's leading radio-engineering institutes. They were designed to give the cosmonauts medical care in space. There wasn't room to bring along enough pharmaceuticals to take care of a wide range of health problems, and the drugs would have polluted the recycled water supply in the spacecraft. So basically Russia's space exploration program enabled this drug-free SCENAR healthcare technology to be widely and effectively used on Earth.
SCENAR technology is based on the concept that the human body is the most complex bioenergetics' self-correcting system. This system has an innate and inexhaustible ability to maintain energetic balance between organs and systems of the body. When the body goes out of balance for any number of reasons we often experience a certain ailment. Sometimes just a minor pulse is needed to make the body employ its internal energy to correct the imbalance and restore harmony. CHANS-Scenar (Home Device)- "Family doctor" devices.
CHANS-SCENAR is a particular version of the device that can be used at home and in any other conditions (on a business trip or a journey, in a car, in a plane, etc.) to alleviate the pain, to treat respiratory diseases, relieve from problems at traumas, burns, frostbites.
