You are looking at a Prince Castle model # 426 Apple Pie Warmer. You could really warm anything that would fit in the basket in the carousel. Plastic removable top has a apple pie picture in it, but can be removed to put anything in there. i.e. your resturant name, anything really. This unit is in good shape and video below is of actual unit in operation.
