As near as I can tell this is a new unit. I can t see where it was ever mounted or was connected. I know the shop I bought it from did not have high enough voltage to run it. It is rated for 380 to 460 volt 3 phase input and 0 to 460 volt output 0 to 400 HZ. For variable torque continuous, it is rated at 9 amps and 4 HP. For constant torque continuous, it is rated 5 amps and 5 HP.
