Royalite R21 (from Spartech) is an economical high impact grade of ABS. R21 provides an ideal balance of properties, high impact, stiffness, and tensile strength with outstanding formability. Easily machinable and bonds well. Based on this balance of properties, parts produced from R21 will exhibit exceptional performance at both high and low temperatures. R21 provides superior color and gloss control as well as excellent grain retention after thermoforming. R21 has been shown to be a great choice for applications such as office furniture, machine guards, enclosures and appliance housings.
