Oven will be built with a steel structure main frame with 6" aluminized oven panels connected to it.Walls will be 6 inches thick and insulated with 4lbs. Density fiber insulation.Wall panels will be skinned with 20 gauge aluminized sheet steel. All interior ducts will be made of 18 gauge aluminized sheet steel. The oven will have adjustable louvered vents down both side walls for circulation of heated air and the ability to balance the air movement.
The oven will have double doors on both ends and each door will be 3 x8 4".
Doors will be made with one side latched tight and other will be equipped with a Brixon safety latch.
The interior structural steel will be painted with high temp aluminize paint. Exterior will be painted light machine gray.
