The Handi-Cassette II was designed from the ground up to meet the needs of visually impaired or blind users. It will play and record both 2-track and 4-track tapes, and has Variable Speech Control, allowing the rate of speech to be increased without distorting the voice quality. Supplied with an AC adapter and rechargeable batteries (not guaranteed), the Handi-Cassette II has tone indexing capabilities and is supplied with a built-in monaural speaker and stereo headphones.
