0.56" DC Digital Red LED 70A Ammeter Panel Meter ( Honeywell )
This item is the first digital DC ammeter that is designed to suit the requirements of industrial applications. Different from the traditional ammeter that employs a shunt to protect the entire circuit, this item uses an advanced Hall effect-based open-loop current sensor made by Honeywell since it completely separate the current from the ammeter. Users now can run the cable directly through the opening (10.4mm 20.4mm) of the current sensor without worrying about burning-up or inaccuracy because the current sensor consumes low power and there is almost no insertion loss. In addition, the A/D module of this ammeter is still of a successive approximation type which makes the A/D conversion fast and accurate. The self-adaptation ability to ambient brightness makes it an ideal choice in many applications.
