The Tektronix 1740 is an NTSC format Waveform/Vector Monitor combining all the basic waveform monitoring and vectorscope functions into a single, compact half-rack package.
Composite waveform monitoring,
Time code phasing and amplitude,
SCH and color framing display Vector,
Lightning, Diamond and Bowtie.

Menu-Assisted Operation allows expanded feature set
Assignable cursors for time and voltage
Picture monitor mode for verifying signal source
Longitudinal time code display mode for editing applications
External staircase from a camera control unit can be selected remotely
Internal video filters provide specialized measurements, with dual or triple filter modes available in PARADE or OVERLAY
Eight video inputs can be individually displayed or selected in various combinations
Remote interface and serial RS232 interface

This Tektronix 1740 vectriscope/ waveform monitor is powering on.
The traces are adjusted at vertical and horisontal position.
The scale function is not working- the changing of the lamps could solve the problem.
No other tests has been performed.
