Please note this booklet has much staining, watermarks and soiling to its front and back covers. There is some light pencil writing on the covers. A chew mark is to the back cover and goes into about 10 pages. There is much soiling to the outer edges of the pages. The bottom right corners of all the pages have a brown water or grease, stain mark. There are various stains and finger marks to the inside pages with a number written in pencil on one of the pages. Booklet has no loose pages.
