This is an antique and is offered on that basis. It would look good on your test bench. Since the Instruction Manual is included, with schematics and correction sheets, I feel that an electronics hobbyist could get it working again. By the way, included with the Instruction Manual is an assembly manual - for the Model 470. I would assume it is similar to the 460 but I have no idea why it is 470 and not 460.
