Ascend 1 door 6 cu. ft. commercial stainless steel sandwich preparation unit. This unit is stainless steel both inside and outside. The stainless steel interior corners are fully coved for easy cleaning with a stainless steel catch tray under the pans. The rail holds 8 (1/6 size) pans and has one of the most durable lids in the industry.
