Atlas Metals WF4 Drop-In Frost Top w/Granite Work Stone
The stainless steel frost top measures 52 5/8" x 19 1/2" x 1 7/8", and is surrounded by a full perimeter gutter which slopes into a 1/2" drain. It frosts quickly and stands 1" above counter height to showcase your pre-plated salads, desserts, or other cold food items.
This frost top also features a 52 1/2" x 13 1/4" x 1" granite work stone for creating specialty ice cream creations like the chain ice cream stores do. The pan is fully insulated for maximum efficiency, helping to reduce your energy costs.
