Qualifaction Tester Includes Chargers, Case,Maunals,Software,Lots of Misc cables and leads, Fiber Modules two 850 and two 1310 nm along with fiber access kit . This kit is about $2900 without modules the 1310 nm module is $900 alone and theres two so this is a great deal and a great tester.
