This item came from a Dynamometer Cell of a closed Diesel Manufacturers Testing Facility. We have no way of testing it because it operates on 440; but everything else from this facility was in good operating order and we are assuming it to be functioning also. KNF told us that this was part of a Forberg Scientific system. This item weighs 80 pounds and its 24 long x 15 high x 15 wide.
