Finishing Equipment Inc, Ultrasonic Degreaser, installed in 2000
Previous use: Remove buffing compound
Designed to cool using well water at 50 deg F
Load Size to handle and rotate two baskets
Basket size: 18 x 21 x 5 (stackable) 9 lbs
Tank: 304 S/S externally reinforced w/ structural steel, bottom cleanout doors and drain valves. Cleanout openings flanged stainless steel, gasketed and bolted
Condensing System: 204 S/S coils completely circumferential on side, s/s trough, s/s condensate piping and s/s circumferential cooling jacket.
Electrical Heater Wiring: to one contactor with safety vapor cutout, low level cutout and high temperature cutout installed.
SRT System: Finishing Equipment s exclusive SRT System (super heat) to eliminate or minimize drag out. Electrically heated system.
Exhaust: exhaust blower installed. Load and unload area only is exhausted. Exhaust amount is 800 CFM.
Ultrasonics 4000 watts, zero spaced magnetostrictive ultrasonics, which do not age fall off or fail, with solid state generator. Installed in ultrasonic tank bottom and one side. Ultrasonics have a variable power control.
Filters: s/s bag type filters w/ s/s valves and pumps installed on the ultrasonic sump and the offset boiling sump.
This system has recently been removed from its operating facility and is at our warehouse. It was fully operational at time of removal.
