Werner 10' aluminum platform ladder
This is Werner 10' aluminum platform ladder # P410 300lb rated heavy duty.
If you have never seen a platform ladder, then you are in for a treat. Basically these are never seen in home centers, probably due to cost. A platform ladder is built like a regular stepladder but with the top two steps missing. Two steps from the top, there is a platform to stand on, or if you wish, a place for a 5 gallon bucket. So in essence, this is a 12' ladder since no one is ever supposed to stand on the top two steps of a ladder. The sides of this ladder are 12' tall, the platform is located at the 10' mark which is why it is called a 10' platform ladder.
This is a store return item, may be some loading scratches, but a fine unused ladder. I can not call these new since I am not a Werner dealer, but you cannot get much closer than this.
This ladder typically sells in ladder shops for about $395 and weighs about 43lbs.
