This is a custom made extension ladder safety device designed for single and 2 story houses and commercial buildings. This device is to prevents slips and falls going up or down ladder. Also keeps ladder in place during bad weather and windy conditions. Prevents injury and possible death from falling extension ladders. Save property damage.Great for air conditioning, roofing, plumber, carpenter and construction industry.
Safety device is made of flat, strong iron.
I have 3 in and 6 in clamps available to clamp ladder device to eve of house or block wall of building. If house has no eve i put 3 holes in ladder device so it can be screwed to edge of building. The 2 locking devices are rated from factory at 500 lbs.
I custom build the ladder safety devices so after order delivery may take up to 30 days.
