Captor r. f. filter, line-line 3 x 10 amps 594 vac


* 3 x 10 AMPS, 594 VAC, 60 Hz.
The connector on one side appears to be a military-style male bulk-head screw-on connector with 4 pins. On the opposing side are 3 screw-stud / nut lug terminals as shown, on insulators. The chassis has a ground lug, as shown in the pictures. I am not sure what the black rectangular blocks connected to the lugs are.
Although I do not know what the applications of this device would be, I do have a background in electronics, so I'd be happy to perform rudimentary testing with a VOM (assuming there is such a thing applicable to this unit) before purchase.
I have no idea what these go for used or are worth in the current market. The asking price may be low or high - I have no clue - but make me an offer! Any information that can be provided about this filter would be appreciated too.
