Up 4 Grabs is a Back Cover & circuit Board Only for a BC 55xlt or a Realistic Pro 38 Police scanner It is easy to reaplce the old one,, just a couple of screws... Color is brown... Circut board is missing speaker and is probally bad and might be missing parts
