Knife/Cutter for Hobart, Toastmaster and all other Heavy Duty Commercial grade meat grinders that use the #10 or #12 size attachments. Manual or Electric grinders.
The #12 blade measures approx. 2 3/8" from tip-to-tip. The corresponding grinding plates should be approx. 2 3/4" across. (Larger size knifes, tubes and plates also available)
