You can not BAKE with accuracy and or consistency without a Bakers Scale. Period!
Most scales are $350 and up. They are not cheap.
if you do not have batteries in order to feed them you are sunk.
And the scales simply do not work for long before ending up in the trash.
This scale is an inexpensive alternative.
It is mechanical, no batteries.
I use this scale every day in order to make: Pizza, Petite Fours, Bread, Cake, etc
10 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY!
The manufacturer provides a ten year warranty on every scale they make. So, if you have a problem with your scale, just send it to the warranty center. They will fix it or replace it, and send it right back.
