These combo locks have been in storage for some time, so there may be some slight oxidation and a little bit rust at the edge of rose plate. These locks have never been used. Since these locks are made with solid brass, the little oxidation does not affect the function of the locks at all. The retail price for each lock is over $79, so you are looking at a very good deal.
