Items ordered and paid for by 12.30pm will be despatched that day.
All items are also available for collection from our warehouse in Hoddesdon Herts if we are given a few days notice to get them to us
No quibble returns policy as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt and the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and the goods are in the same condition as they were sent.
Upon receipt of the goods back to us and checking the condition we will issue a full refund for the value of the item.
Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty and in that case once we have tested the item and found it to be faulty we will refund and pay the postage both ways.
Chinaware and Glass items are not covered by our normal returns policy.
All chinaware and glass items that are to be signed for must be checked on delivery. Please give the box a gentle shake before signing for it and if it rattles DO NOT sign for it! items that are unchecked and accepted that are then found to be damaged will not be replaced or refunded
Any items checked and found to be damaged, delivery must be refused and returned to us.
