Restocking / Cancellation Fees:
4. The RMA is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.
9. 20% restocking or 5% cancellation fee will apply.

If an item is received damaged:
2. If the equipment was signed for and is damaged, contact GenTech Scientific, Inc. immediately.
4. GenTech will contact you regarding the status of your claim.
