New, old stock. Has been sitting in its original bag in storage for years.
The brightness control works. The filter knob works, aperture adjust works.
Fits AO model 10, Phasestar, and Microstar models.
On a condition scale from poor/fair/good/excellent the assembly is excellent. Probably not really ever used. No scrapes, nicks, or sticker goo. A little bit of dust from storage.
