These reliable, economical thermal cyclers are designed for research and teaching applications. Their high speed permits a typical 30-cycle program to be completed in about one hour, allowing multiple experiments in one day. Using advanced Peltier technology, the cyclers are capable of heating/cooling rates of more than 2 to 3 C/sec. on average. The heated lid has a selectable temperature range from 100 to 115 C and can be enabled or disabled. Programming is fast and intuitive with use of the alphanumeric screen, keypad, and large memory.
