The Svetlana 4CX2500/GU-84B tube has manufactured in the Svetlana factory in St. Petersburg, Russia.
On emergency mode GU-84B can work without cooling aproximately 20-30 minutes! Parameters of limited from sertificate of Svetlana Electron Devices can be double greater! Many contest stations get power more 4 KW in SSB and CW modes.
