Two 9-inch X16-inch X1.5-inch inch clamp platens with eight guide rods. Two 2.5 inch bore by 3.5 inch stroke clamp cylinders. One 2.5-inch bore by 12-inch stroke carriage cylinder. Air clamp station for oriented bottle to automatic finishing station.
2 -24:1 I.D. ratio with 3.5:1 compression ration screw vented with bimetallic alloy steel barrel. Mica band heaters. S.K.F. thrust bearings. 15 horsepower Eddy current electric motor. Heavy-duty helical gear drive, hopper, and controls.
60-gallon capacity oil reservoir, heat exchange. Oil level gauge. Hydraulic manifold. 15 horsepower electric motor. Double pump for high and lower pressure systems.
Complete with main cut-off switch interlock with door, temperature controls, and relays.
Four Parison head 3.5-inch center distances with Parixon programmer, mica band heaters. Thermo couplers and temperature control mounted on main panel.
