Pfeiffer turbo pump venting valve TVF005 tvf 005 vent
This is a NEW Pfeiffer venting valve, model TVF 005.
This is a normally closed valve that is operated by a 24 VDC solenoid. When the coil is not energized, the valve is held shut. When the coil is energized, the valve opens, venting the system to which it is attached. Pfeiffer sells this valve for use with turbomolecular pumps, but one might imagine other applications.
This configuration (normally closed, 24 VDC operation) is directly compatible only with some Pfeiffer electronics - for example, their "TC" integrated electronic drive units. Before purchasing, we ask that you please check to be sure it is suitable for your application. To be clear, the valve for sale here is NOT the normally open, 42 VDC venting valve typically used in conjunction with older-style Pfeiffer controllers (e.g., TCP 120, TCP 380, TCP 600).
