You are looking at a DIY CNC Carving Machine kit, which is specially designed for and distributed by Zen Toolworks.

This is for everyone who is interested in exploring the CNC world and building their own machine.The machine parts can be assembled easily with common hand tools and it really doesn't require much special skill. You do need some patient and follow instructions carefully. Upon completion of the setup, you will find that this machine is not a toy, but a real computerized carving machine to help you with some amazing project you have ever had in your mind, 3D carving, letter carving, inlay, PCB board creation and even fabricate small scale precision parts.
The frame parts are constructed with PVC board, and three new Nema 17 stepper motors are included in the package for your convenience. It also equiped with stainless steel lead screws and brass anti backlash nuts to achieve very accurate machining results. Aluminum flex couplings are also included for all three axis.
With this DIY kit,beginner CNC hobbyists can experience an opportunity to practice all aspects of the CNC world while living within a reasonable budget. In order to run this machine, you will still need a power supply, a 3 axis stepper motor driver, a PC and a cutter of your own choice(The Foredom Handpiece shown in the picture is just for demo purpose and is not included in the package).You will also need software to run G-Code generated by your CAM application.

Below is a relief carving on a block of aluminum. It took almost 5 days, without any power outage, windows crash and etc. A good stress test on the spindle motor itself. The spindle motor is not included in the package.
