Condition unknown. I bought these from a dealer in ex-gov hardware. I have not tried them out and have no means or plans to test them. Hence the low start price and no reserve.
Ideal for ham radio user or experimentor. This item can be collected from me in London NW6 or London's West End (probably a coffee shop near a tube station).
