Undercounter Dishwashing Machine
UL-150 is fully-automatic, front-opening, and designed for built-in or free-standing installation. The machine is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel.
The pump provides high-pressure recirculating wash. A thermally protected 1/2-Hp motor is wired through a magnetic contactor.
Three built-in chemical peristaltic pumps dispense liquid detergent, rinse-aid, and sanitizer. Pump priming switches on the front control panel are provided when replenishing chemical supplies. time cycle. When cycle is completed, the rinse water is retained in the wash tank for the next cycle s wash. Next rack is processed automatically by closing and latching the door.

Revolving stainless steel wash/rinse arms above and below the rack provide maximum spray distribution.
Tank Filling and Heating System
The On/Fill switch initially fills the tank to the proper level. Tank temperature is maintained by a .75 Kw electric element, which is controlled by an electric thermostat and has automatic low-water protection.
Fully-automatic Wash and Rinse
After the tank is filled, closing and latching the door activates a timer which starts the pump and automatically controls the 140-second time cycle. When cycle is completed, the rinse water is retained in the wash tank for the next cycle s wash. Next rack is processed automatically by closing and latching the door.
