Lincoln Impinger ovens are the premier continuous cooking platform for the food service industry. Impinger ovens allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods, which is typically done 2 to 4 times faster than conventional ovens.
Each oven features user friendly controls, which can control oven temperature, conveyor speed, and cooking time. The front access windows allow you to watch your item as it cooks, or insert products that do not require as much bake time. The conveyor belt measures 18" wide and has a product stopper on each end to prevent spills.
