Roto Brute is the brand name for a complete hole cutting system that is owned and operated by Champion Cutting Tool Corp. They manufacture a quality annular cutter called the Plus 20 . These annular cutters use a multi-flute cutting tool with unique staggered cutting tool angle geometry at the point of cut. They drill a hole a lot quicker than drills. They require less horsepower, can run at higher feeds, cut less material into chips than a twist drill, leave a better finish and allow more sharpening per tool.

Champion Roto Brute puts a minimum 10 degree positive cutting angle and they stagger each flute to balance the point of cut. The best way to get the most out of this style of cutters is to sharpen them when they start getting sluggish in the cut. We resharpened these cutters frequently. It is inexpensive to resharpen them. It is costly if you damage the flutes.
