Paladin PA1150 - Not really sure what exactly this is, but it is brand new. I believe it is for making and stripping twisted pairs. Doesn't look like it was ever used- just played with. I squeezed it, seems to work fine. Has case, instructions and spare parts. The company is still in business and has a website.
