These machines can achieve speeds up to 15 cycles per minute. Model SDS8S-1418 and SDS16S-1418 are designed to feed blister(s), card(s), heat seal and discharge finished packages automatically. An impulse sealing option is available for sealing clamshell packages. Operation
An accurate high-speed cam drive indexer is used for precision repeatability and is time and speed controlled to pace the operator(s) who load the product into the blister(s) as they index past the open loading stations. The machines can also run single cycle(s) by having the operator(s) depress the cycle start button for each new cycle. Sealing is automatic and controlled by the seal timer.
